Prepare for a French duck feast at Scarlett Café & Wine Bar, with 5 creations using the famous organic moulard duck.
Imported directly from France, Executive Chef Julien Ombredane has personally selected the duck from Rougié farm. Their ducks are first raised free-range for 12 weeks then are hand-fed 2 meals a day for an additional 10 to 11 days. And of course, free from hormones and antibiotics, resulting in a very healthy and tasty duck!
No French duck feast would be complete without pairing it with a nice bottle of French wine(or two!), Scarlett has selected 4 bottles of Bordeaux Wines to compliment its special menu.
