• Nam Jim is considered as the ideal dip for all types of grilled or steamed seafood. Made up of fish sauce, citrus & chilli, the flavourful Thai dressing perfectly complements the pure succulent seashells with its delicious combination of sour, spicy and salty flavors.
• Phad Pong Karee combines Thai yellow curry, stir-fried with egg, green onions, and Chinese celery. Crab is specifically the most popular seafood ingredient for this authentic Thai recipe and has been gaining its popularity among travelers as well.
• Pad Prik Thai Dam gives an aromatic taste of black peppercorns and garlic. The strong peppery flavor gives some heat to the dish and deliciously accompany the fresh sweet seafood. Try it with shrimps or crabs.
