Galette des rois is a traditional French king pie usually served on Epiphany, January 6. It has an almond cream filling, between two flaky, buttery layers of puff pastry. It includes a small charm (called a fève) hidden inside. Pre-order now for Epiphany and see who will be the lucky one! All galettes will come with a fève and a golden paper crown.
