Seafood lovers, rejoice for it's that time of the year! Bouchot mussels are making a comeback on Ginett’s menu for the months of August and September! Freshly flown in straight from the bay of Mont Saint-Michel in France, and served up four ways at affordable prices.
Ginett will be serving up the bouchot mussels in four delicious styles – the quintessential French holiday favourite, Classic Marinière, featuring a heady mix of white wine, garlic, shallots and lots of utter; the bistro-style Creamy White Wine sauce, cooked in a rich concoction of white wine, onion, garlic, leek, celery, and cream; Portuguese Tomato & Chorizo, a mouth-wateringly rich sauce of roma tomato, chorizo, white wine, onion, garlic and fresh basil; and finally, Sichuan-inspired Spicy Asian Style, wok-fried in a bold mix of Chinese aromatics.
From now till 30 September, the bouchot mussels are available in 500g and 1kg servings for $32++ and $58++ respectively
