It's the season of French Asparagus! Through the months of May and June, Ginett is bringing you a variety of European-style cooking techniques and flavours of the French Asparagus dishes – ranging from classic to contemporary:
- Asparagus Mousseline ($26++): White asparagus with mousseline sauce
- Asparagus à la Flamande ($28++): White asparagus, soft boiled eggs, lemon, and fresh parsley
- Charcoal-grilled White Asparagus ($26++): Herb aioli and smoked sea salt
- Asparagus Espuma & Salmon ($29++): Asparagus, smoked salmon and poached egg
- Asparagus & Parmesan ($28++): Oven-baked asparagus and parmesan cheese
- Chicken Truffle Supreme & Asparagus ($32++): Asparagus, chicken breast, Paris mushrooms and truffle supreme sauce
