In the lead up to Christmas, Ginett will be unveiling an eclectic menu of holiday favourites, each with an unexpected spin! Some à la carte specials you can expect - a zesty Sri Lankan Crab Tartare, pistachio-crusted Roast Venison Saddle Au Jus and, for the sweet-toothed, a choice of a whisky-infused Molten Lava Cake served with pecan ice cream or a frozen Grand Marnier soufflé with red fruit coulis.
